Many of our patients and families are covered by a dental insurance plan. This is a valuable way to help pay for dental care. When your treatment is rendered, we will estimate your benefit and collect your copayment. We are happy to submit claims for reimbursement to your insurance company as a professional courtesy. Once your carrier remits payment, we will settle any unreconciled patient accounts.
Our staff prides itself on helping you maximize your benefits, and we are always available for your inquiries. We are here to help with treatment, insurance, and billing questions. It is important to remember that even though we facilitate the insurance process, the governing terms and benefits of your specific plan are dictated by the contract between you and the insurance carrier.
